Bookings

Assessments, surveys, and program bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Liability waiver & assumption of risk

Basketball involves inherent physical risks. For any in-person session, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges these risks and agrees that the athlete participates voluntarily. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Basketball & Beyond Academy and its coaches from claims arising from the ordinary risks of athletic participation. Please make sure your athlete is physically able to participate, and consult a physician if you have any doubt.

Assessments are developmental guidance

Our surveys and assessments are developmental tools that reflect an athlete's responses on a given day. They are educational guidance to support improvement — not a medical, psychological, or professional evaluation, and not a guarantee of any outcome, placement, or result.

Payments & refunds

Survey and program fees are payable as shown at checkout (surveys are paid via Venmo). Because each assessment is prepared and delivered digitally after coach review, survey fees are generally non-refundable once the report has been prepared. Please contact us with any questions.
