What the $128 In-Season Fee Includes (6 months)

The assessment alone is worth more than $128. Here’s everything a player gets for development:

BAB 3-Score Assessment System

  • • Physical Skills Score /180 — coach-rated across Offensive (50), Defensive (40), Athleticism (30), Instincts (30), Competitive Character (30)
  • • Decision-Making IQ Score /215 — Game Reads, Mental Toughness, Accountability, Risk Profile, Self-Awareness
  • • Total BAB Player Score /395 — baseline, mid-program & end-of-program tracking so you SEE growth

Player Type + Gap Analysis

  • • Player Type assignment (Type 1–4)
  • • Gap Analysis — player self-rating vs. coach rating across all 5 physical sections
  • • 6 development flags (Ego, Hidden Gem, Reckless, Fragile, Blame, Complete Player)
  • • Top 3 development priorities, in order, with specific interventions

Shooter's Protocol

  • • Mechanics Score /100 (10 components)
  • • Shooting Confidence Score /80 · Mental Routine Score /70
  • • Total Shooter Score /250 with a personal-best tracking log

Film

  • • Weekly game + practice film, broken down through the lens of THEIR scores — not generic film
